    Sales Administration


    1. Accurately process advertising orders, layouts, contracts, credit applications, payments and billing adjustments in accordance with established policies and deadlines.
    2. Maintain accessibility to advertisers and the advertising department.
    3. Plan and record independent sales calls and calls by your direct reps via weekly sales planner provided to Director on a weekly basis.
    4. Respond to information requests quickly and accurately.
    5. Provide information for the development of annual department budgets and regular revenue forecasts.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
    Education:  4-year college degree in advertising or marketing preferred.
    Experience:  2-3 years progressively responsible sales experience with demonstrated success managing and developing territory or product revenues. Media sales and project management experience preferred. Demonstrated success performing in a highly commissioned sales environment preferred.
